triple triple triple.. WTH!!! e standard is so darn high!!!! =XXXXXXXXXX. top 7 ppl got 10m plus! including super pro shiqian! (xiaoqian rocks!!) ha. anyway 1st is angelina from st nics. she missed e record by 5cm! so unlucky!! second is chongbeiyu from nanyang and e other one also from nanyang. shi ting.. hm.and fourth is shiqian!! whooo hooo!!! yea man! but she missed third by 4cm!! hah! horrid rite! otherwise she'd haf 2 bronzes.. but nvm. she crashed her pb!!! but everyone crashed their pb la.. except me.. sigh!!!. yep xiaoqian did 10.23m!! wheeeeee!! better than xiaohui when she was in sec 2! and she got 1st for gettin 10.05 but now is u get 10.05 u get 8th position! hah. go shiqian!! maybe beat xiaohui's new sec 4 triple record!!! haha.. and linxi did well too!! 9.37 issit? yea gooooddiiiiieeeeeee!!! she got 13th. oh ya. hsien lijie got 6th.. lyk.. huh??? thought she was gonna get at least 2nd or 3rd.. but nvm. sigh. i got sickening 12th. because!!!!! first one didnt overstep but shin suddenly quite painful den e hop was damn small! and 2nd jump overstepped.. by 0.5cm!!!!!! WTH WTH WTH WTH WTH!!!!!!!!!!!! ERRRRGGGGHH. SUPER PISSED. anw i saw e video and my second jump was actl about 9.6-7 if i didnt overstep!!! WHHHHHHHAAAAAATTTTT!!!!! [BLOWING OFF] fine la!!! fate... ergsh. NVM!anyway track finals are tmr!! yay!! dere's 4x100 c div and b div and 4x400 c&b div too!! GO TRACKERS!!!! WE CAN DO IT!! yea. and dere'll be track dinner later. but must order e food beforehand!! wth! grrrrrr. how would i know what i feel lyk eating tmr? hmph. nvm i shall celebrate and eat lots and lots of ice cream!! yay!!! haha. earthquake again sherie!! haha. oh and we got e track shirt today. its M size and its lyk XXXL la!!! what!!!! freaking big!! ya what's e darn problem wif everybady's damn shin? emily especially. and i'd a freaky shin splint 4 months ago and went to e damn doctor who was of no use.. WTH la!! and in e end i gotta WAIT for it to heal.. and some times its still painful. lyk yesterday. and now. ouch. feel tt dere's some disgusting lump dere.. ergh. and so, i'm NEVER never in top form wadsoever. triple jump on mon. lyk.. ok. dun feel lyk jumping alrdy la. low morale. my triple qualify was horrid. tho i qualified la. 8.3 is RIDICULOUS. better be 8.7. haha. but yesterday i only did about.. 8.7? sick rite! and my form was quite good la! think i'm deproving.. or sth lyk tt. sigh touchwood. i've got so much problems alrdy la. lyfe sucks. and after nats'll be MUGGING. today did nth but finish a story book (which is lyk once in a million days) and wrote a few of sec 4s letters.. had to THINK lyk hell to not write crap la.. anw.. this few lines is for emily: hey take care of ur shin kkae! yes i've gone through this terribly freaky experience and cried nearly everyday. honestly. twas DAMN painful. but seems lyk urs is a lil worst then mine.. sigh dere seem to be this shin problem being passed around trackers.. nicole too. but its definately not contagious la. maybe its overtraining.. but we dont feel it! anw just rest more and after e season u'll haf lots of chances to.. ok? yea good job for high and please please dun be so upset about ur alrdy-veh-gd 4th position and stay cheerful and hyper! haha. ok yep tt's all i wanna say. gosh i'm feelin restless today. and horrible coz i feel different. coz i'm not @ cck. i've been at cck for e last 4 days.. for nearly e whole day.. feel so stress-free and out-of-stupid-school.. and e thought of not being at cck for just today makes me feel SICK. and i think i'm getting sick again.. my voice is darn cracky.. after all e shouting for b div 4x400m on thurs.. wth. but at least they did well. gonna finish my strepsils darn soon alrdy. and mon'll be my last day @ cck. shit. cck is so nice. dun feel any stress from school or hw at all.. anw.. its too bad la.. nat stad on wed.. ok e track sucks dere.. but wad to do.. will be back to school veh soon somemore.. wad crap. school is CRAP man. hw is crap teachers are crap study is crap my class is crap everything is crap la. erg. i'm pissed today.. in a bad mood

heya. 23 july. hmm. not bad a day. triple was DARN easy la.. 8.3m.. WTH! so only 2 ppl didnt qualify. haiyo and linxi was lyk gonna fall la. and i was quite high todae but still jumped erm notvehgood. but its qualifying so nvm. and i'm 6th to jump during finals. lyk.. ok.. always so early! but linxi is 1st. lols.. anw. now 4 high.. jump. EMILYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!! YEA EM GOT 4th! yea man! it was so unexpected.. and ms zhang is sooooo happy alrdy.. but too bad lost to e st nics girl 4 3rd place.. em was whining la!! hey wad's wrong! anw its still veh good!! ergh not lyk me. XXXXX. sad tho. and tt puah sihui got double champ la!! gosh so darn pro.. long and high.. yep. erg. anw later we went ps swensens AGAIN wif e great great grand seniors (4 me).. ages ranging from 19-13.. 13 which is me la. fine e youngest. some kinda reunion. so we were kinda left out (candice linxi shiqian em.. & me).. but anw they were going nuts la. crazy linxi and shiqian. act husband & wife until.. EUUUGRRRHHHHHHHH.... flirtatious. then later shiqian went insane and put salt in em's water and she didnt noe and said it tasted funny. then she suspected shiqian did it and put salt in hers too. duh. and shiqian is worst la and put pepper in EVERYONE'S water. and e water spilled.. wth. on me. yup. crazy ppl la. and play on linxi's fone. haha. popball.. today. first. long. came early in e morn. warm up. shiqian was darn nut hyper. jumped and jumped around in e car park. then took runup blah.. and then comps. me and sherie and shiqian. first jump. screwed. overstepped. a LITTLE. second jump. SCREWED. didnt even get 4m la. third jump. SCRRRREEEEEEEWED. overstepped. A LITTTTTLEEE ONLY!!!!! dere were only 19 ppl and i'm number 19. okae la! stoopid. i was e only one fouling all jumps. but of course la. sighs. =4444444444 WTH WTH WTH........ idiot la. freaky screwed. but e damn happy thing was SHIQIAN!!!!!!!!! =DDDDDDDDDDDDDDD. SHE GOT THIRD!!!!!! YEA MAN!!! shiqian rocks!! haha. 4.63!!!! her pb!!!! haha. second is tt hsien li jie. got 4.71. but she only missed first by 1cm. si hui from st nics got first. sherie's fren! haha. yay. haha. 4.72. comical la. think tt li jie must be damn pissed. anw we were so darn happy.. dancing around and jumping.. hahaha. and i think ms zhang was so happy she didnt say much about how badly i did [=D] haha.. just said nvm next year can do bedda.. :)..then later went for lunch wif candice ms zhang shiqian me kim sherie emily.. at food junction lot 1. and i think i was so dazed i dropped e damn 20 cent coin and my soup la. and em spent so much time trying to get it out but failed so i ate first then drained out all e rubbish then got it out. -tip for e cleaner.. haha. okkae this is DISGUSTING. but nvm.. then sherie accompanied kim & em back to cck by bus coz they were SHAKIN' wif nervousness. then me and candice and shiqian walked back wif ms zhang to e stadium.. and TALKKEDD.. TALKED.. then stopped by at e void deck of one of e flats and TALKED even more and longer.. topic about years of e trackers and coaches and her lyfe.. yep.. interesting.. seems lyk rg track is fading.. bleahs. shud get more ppl in.. lyk crap la i'm e only long & trip jumper.. *duh*. then we walked back to e stadium.
and dere was emily's event. e MOST HEART ATTACKING MOMENT OF MY LYFE. GOSH. she said b4 e competition tt if she didnt clear e first jump she'd get so demoralised tt she'll screw up e rest. and she did. for e first and second jump. when she missed e second jump again me and sherie were lyk 'SHITTTTT!!!!!!!' so loudly all e cresent girls looked back.. lols. and i nearly thought tt all was lost la. and i could see everyone was praying DARN hard too. for at least a miracle from what em said earlier. and ms zhang was lyk quite 'ji dong' also and got up from her seat and stood at e steps and STARED.. practically STARED at e high jump area and was getting heart attack i think.. then when she CLEARED. OMG OMG I WAS DARRRRRRNNNNN HAPPYYYYYY.. might haf been happier than when shiqian got third. so happy i cried la.. just so suddenly.. was praying lyk HELL and she CLEARED. i was goin NUTS. and emily was lyk YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. also.. coz to me twas lyk a miracle.. MIRACLE. she said during e last jump she was lyk.. aiya nvm alrdy dun qualify then dun qualify lor.. and she was quite relaxed alrdy. and SHE CLEARED. yeh shows how nervousness counts.. and she was sooooo nervous. at least i wasnt but mine was pure SCREWED la. felt lyk my legs were soft and no energy in them.. alrdy knew b4 e comp tt it wouldnt be any good.. not lyk its a negative thought but i had this dreading feeling.. sigh..
anw. after emily's jump was b div 4x400m. twas e time tt i ever ever ever SCREAMED and SHOUTED so MUCH. GOSH. we just SCREAMED till i felt i was mute and couldnt hear myself.. coz we were lyk half-fight wif scgs. [and btw..] e scgs gals were SCREAMING their lives off.. behind us. yeah. e first runner.. shiyun. was behind scg. then second runner. katle. beat e scg gal. then third runner. shee yin. scg first. then 4th runner.. abby. was behind scg by one head. and i was lyk.. aiya 2nd also veh good wad can qualify.. and at e 150m mark abby SPRINTED. faster then e scg girl and the scg girl went a lil faster also but couldnt tahan. and we won lor. gosh. lost our voices liaoz. even candice was red after screaming! haha.. and we were leaning closer and screaming so hard couldve fell off e banisters. and e stadium personnel below was giving tt 'crazy girls ah!!!!' look.. and i was laughing at him too.. whahaha. but tt wasnt e end of our nightmare screams. later dere was rj 4x400m. first runner was dunno who. but it was a veh veh tight match wif another school too. dunno wad school. and second runner was.. erm. debra. yups. then yilin. then kit fei. and got first! yeah! hahaha. goodie man. and later dere was still andrea and chloe running 400m. screamed only a lil less coz my voice was nearly GONE. haiyo i got no idea wad to do tmr alrdy.. i wont be able to talk during triple la.. sighs. ate so much strepsils. and anw tt was e end of my nightmare.
and went to get DRINKS. OMG tasted so good.. and then went wif shiqian and linxi to lot 1. window shopping + a lil shopping la.. haha. looked for sth nice to gif e sec 4s.. soooo many nice stuff! oh and yesterday i was going around wif linxi.. and she tried this toot op skirt which had 'op girl' written everywhere.. and it was LIME GREEN. and e material was lyk.. paper bag material? it felt lyk she was wearing a paper bag anw.. stupid. haha she looked damn comical la. anw then back to today.. went to icelemontee and e STUPID cashier plus her retarded cash machine was SPASTIC. and we spent half and hour dere bcoz of tt. OMG! xiaohui broke e record!!!! so pro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok indescribable feelin.. oh yes now she owes us all a drink! hehs. 11.28! whahahaha damn zai la. gosh. and we were lyk yay-ing after every jump tt she did.. haha.. until she did a seemingly perfect one and all CHEERED. and ethel got 4th 4 hurdles. and christine fell at e last hurdle!! somersaulted in e air and landed on her side! firstly i'm really sorry janessa for asking about e results of high jump. shudnt haf asked. but dere was no ans so i knew it was bad tho i dont know e result. and i still dont know. anw i haf no intention of knowing. but either way, dere's still next year. and as emily said, you all had wala e day b4. and anw u've got it over with, so dere's still another year to train hard and right now just focus on other stuff kkae! =love my seniors= :) and to all the rest who havent had their comps!! ALL THE BEST!!! we can do it.. =Dok.. now dere's 4 days to long qualifying. and i'm honestly doubting that i can pass 4m. gosh. its true man. i never reached 4m in my first jump. NEVER. sigh. but i shall not confirm it. anw long is hard. to get top 8. yups. and i'm in the same heats as dear sherie! yays..

hey. blogging on sat. trng in e morn @ cck stad. was e first one dere! but of coz.. was half an hour early. dere were rv & tchs & vjc pple la. overcrowded liaoz. den we all wore comp vest 4 trng.. felt WEIRD. den e rest was super slack.. just did three or four jumps and sat down on e grass wif sheep and talked.. started PLUCKING practically all e tall grasses.. lolx. stoned @ e grass also.. green & green.. den jumped a lil bit more but outta e blue suddenly got lightning.. scary. =S. so we rushed to e spect. stand.. and stoned and slacked and talked and cooled down.den took our own sweet time to change den went out lunch.. 14 jumpers! lulu ethel amy stumpy candice sabbie janessa christine vania shepherd mistress lil sheep mutton chopper sheep.. lots man.. its lyk once in a flying pig tt u get so many peeps to have lunch together.. really felt good. and sheepie was wearin some feminine top which was half turtle-necked and long sleeved! LAUGHED. lyk mad.. hahahahaha. oh den went lot 1 & ate @ pizza hut.. took quita loooong time to choose la. den we had TWO hawaiian pizzas shared wif me & sherie & linxi & kim. lol. one stuffed crust and one not. lol.
